The Fowlerville District Library is currently recruiting experienced candidates for the role of director. This is an exciting time for the library with the passage of a millage renewal and new buildout contruction projects.
While a small, rural library, population growth in Fowlerville is projected to keep growing. The library began in 1904 through the Ladies Library Association, and in 1994 became a district library with the passage of it’s first millage. The library is housed in a 17,000 sq/ft building and ready for expansion.
We are a trusted public library for the Fowlerville community and beyond, and the Board of Directors is seeking an energetic, innovative, community-minded and collaborative leader. The director will join a dedicated staff and board, along with many community partners.
