This is a community event, open to anyone who would like to have their blood pressure checked. It doesn't take long and the conversations are free too!

It serves as a fun, low-impact, or high-intensity cardio session that boosts cardiovascular health and reduces stress. *Free for Senior Center Members, $20 for Non-Members* Fowlerville Senior Center Membership costs $25 per year for those age 18 to 89 years old. Membership is free for anyone age 90 and above.
